On the auspicious occasion of traditional Khmer New Year, the Year of the Horse, Atthasak, Buddhist Era 2570 and 2026 CE, Oknha Rithy Raksmey, Director-General of KPS99, and all staff respectfully offer their highest blessings to His Excellency Say Sam Al, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, and his wife.
