According to the report, Lieutenant General រ័ត្ន ស្រ៊ាង, Deputy Commander of the Royal Gendarmerie of Cambodia and Commander of the Phnom Penh Royal Gendarmerie, led deputy commanders and gendarmerie commanders from all 14 Phnom Penh districts to inspect an exhibition booth on April 13, 2026. The booth presents the force’s roles, duties and activities and promotes its 1291 emergency intervention hotline to Cambodian and international visitors. It forms part of the Nokor Sankranta (នគរសង្ក្រាន្ត) celebrations during Khmer New Year, scheduled for April 14–19. The report places the exhibition at the park named សួនមុនីហទ័យ, by the dragon bridge near Wat Phnom, at the corner of Streets 51 and 106 in Phnom Penh.
The Phnom Penh Royal Gendarmerie invites residents and Cambodian and international visitors to see the exhibition and join recreational games for a chance to win a range of prizes.
