On May 26, 2026, Preah Sihanouk Governor Meng Sinet led a provincial delegation on a visit to China to attend the 2026 Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) forum in Huangshan.
The forum is an important regional event focused on strengthening economic, trade and investment cooperation among RCEP member countries.
During the mission to China, the governor and his delegation also planned visits and working meetings with several major investment companies in Suzhou and Shenzhen.
