On June 8, 2026, as the upper-secondary leaving examination approached, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport ហង់ជួន ណារ៉ុន encouraged Grade 12 students nationwide to keep studying to the best of their ability, achieve good results and open opportunities for higher education in their chosen fields.

The report links the remarks to his June 7, 2026 visit to Hun Sen កងតាណឹង High School in កងមាស district, Kampong Cham, where he met students and distributed Grade 12 lesson-summary books. The visit aimed to inspect school conditions and understand the learning and needs of students preparing for the examination.

He advised students to study and review the ministry’s summary books, practise many exercises and look after their health to prepare confidently. He stressed that passing with good grades brought pride to students and families and opportunities for scholarships and further study in subjects they liked.

He also stressed that, alongside students’ efforts, teachers and ministry teams should continue supporting them in every way so they gained knowledge and comprehensive preparation for results matching their efforts.

On behalf of the ministry, he thanked school management, teachers, parents, guardians, the community and all students for contributing to Hun Sen កងតាណឹង High School’s development as a reputable, high-quality model school.

He said the school’s progress reflected appropriate educational investment, effective policy implementation and close cooperation among schools, parents, communities and students, key factors in developing skilled people for the country’s future. By: សុខ ស៊ីណាន
