According to the Phnom Penh Municipal Police page, a fire broke out at 10:15 a.m. on 26 June 2026 on Win-Win Boulevard, Group 1, Prek Reang village, Prek Ta Sek commune, Chroy Changvar district.
The report attributed the fire to an electrical short circuit. An Alphard vehicle described in the source as “០១២” was completely destroyed.
Phnom Penh police said the fire was fully extinguished at 10:45 a.m. the same day. One municipal fire-office engine used one truckload of water, equivalent to six cubic metres, while one supporting OCIC Chroy Changvar vehicle used one truckload, equivalent to four cubic metres.
