On the morning of July 3, 2026, Colonel សុខ ម៉េងឡុង, deputy commander of the Preah Sihanouk provincial gendarmerie, represented its commander, Brigadier General ហេង ប៊ុនទី, in chairing a meeting to disseminate political and psychological education for the first half of 2026.
The session aimed to strengthen political awareness, psychological preparedness, discipline, ethics and responsibility, and to promote effective, honest and professional public service.
Participants included heads and deputy heads of seven departments and their subordinate technical offices, three independent offices, two judicial-police and security units, a protection platoon, a mobile gendarmerie company and other officers.
There were 103 participants, including four female gendarmes.
