On July 5, 2026, Tourism Minister Huot Hak visited ចម្ការតាខ្នា in Kampong Thom province to examine conditions on the ground. Developing new tourism products linked to natural resources, culture and agriculture is an important direction for diversifying Cambodia’s tourism offerings and meeting demand for new, meaningful experiences.
During the visit, the minister heard presentations from farm managers and stakeholders on cultivation, maintenance and development plans for ចម្ការតាខ្នា. He also examined the potential to connect agriculture and tourism by creating agri-tourism experiences that could attract domestic and international visitors.
