Cambodian internal migrants of either sex living in Phnom Penh can apply for their first Cambodian national identity card or renew a card that has expired, been lost or been damaged at the Cambodian National Identity Card Office of the Phnom Penh police headquarters, according to police officials on the afternoon of July 9, 2026.

To improve service efficiency and make access easier for internal migrants, ID card application and renewal services are also available at additional locations: AEON Mall 2, AEON Mall 3 and the Cambodian National Identity Card Department.
