Kandal governor គួច ចំរើន said the Royal Government consistently cares about the welfare and living conditions of the armed forces and their families, especially families of soldiers serving on national-defence missions.
The governor made the remarks while visiting the family of soldier យ៉េង កុកម៉េង, who holds the rank of ព្រិន្ទបាលឯក. His wife was recovering after childbirth at បុត្រឧត្តម Hospital in វិហារសួគ៌ commune, ខ្សាច់កណ្តាល district. The governor brought money and gifts to encourage the family and convey care and support.
គួច ចំរើន also conveyed greetings and good wishes from Senate President Hun Sen and ប៊ុន រ៉ានី ហ៊ុន សែន, as well as Prime Minister Hun Manet and Dr ពេជ ចន្ទមុន្នី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត. They wished the mother and baby good health and a speedy return home to their family.
He instructed authorities at all levels to continue monitoring and caring for local residents and armed-forces families, ensuring that everyone receives timely attention and support from the authorities.
