His Excellency Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Civil Service, led a Cambodian delegation to meet and exchange experiences with Mr. Dao Trong Duc, Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Committee, on public administration reform, urban development in Vietnam, and bilateral cooperation between the two countries, as well as to learn more about the economic potential of Hai Phong city in Vietnam. This was according to a Facebook post by His Excellency Hun Many on the evening of September 28, 2026.
In addition, the delegation exchanged views with His Excellency To Dung Thai, Chairman of the Members’ Council of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), and visited the VNPT Museum on experiences in developing the telecommunications and technology sector.
On the occasion of this visit, the Cambodian delegation also visited Vietnam's new military history museum and the memorial monument honoring the contributions of international friends, including Cambodia, to Vietnam's national reunification. By: Srey Pi
