Kandal: On April 2, 2026, Governor Kouch Chamroeun, together with relevant technical departments and the Ta Khmau municipal authorities, inspected construction sites and a project to improve the southern bank of the Prek Tnaot River in Ta Khmau commune, Ta Khmau city, Kandal province.
He instructed the construction team to pay close attention to implementation and strictly observe technical standards to ensure sound, safe and effective construction. He also urged the team to complete the work on schedule under the established plan.
Technical officials said the riverbank improvement works were progressing smoothly without obstruction and were expected to be completed soon according to the planned schedule.
