Svay Rieng provincial leaders congratulated and commended រស់ ដា, a student at ហ៊ុន សែន ពងទឹក High School in រំដួល district, for taking first place nationally in Grade 12 Khmer literature in the 2026 outstanding-student examination, according to the report.
At a gathering on the morning of May 11, 2026, Deputy Governor រស់ ផារិទ្ធ, representing the provincial governor, said the achievement brought honour to Svay Rieng, the school and the student’s family, and reflected teachers’ efforts to develop skilled human resources.
The deputy governor also praised the provincial Department of Education, Youth and Sport, teachers and other participants for contributing to the province’s educational development.
He encouraged students to study hard, avoid harmful peer groups, youth gangs and drugs, and become responsible members of their families, schools and society.
During the event, the deputy governor presented រស់ ដា with 2 million riels provided by Svay Rieng Governor ប៉េង ពោធិ៍សា in recognition of her achievement. By Pai Sokhim (ប៉ៃ សុឃីម).
