Deputy Governor Min Kumpheak, representing Preah Sihanouk Governor Mang Sineth, attended the official inauguration of the Koh Kong Win-Win Policy Memorial on the morning of May 30, 2026. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence General Tea Seiha presided over the ceremony, which was also attended by members of the National Assembly and Senate, foreign diplomats, government officials, armed forces personnel, residents and students.
